Dues

Annual assessments are $150 per year for each lot ownership in Forest Lakes. Fees are due and payable on August 1st of each year. If not paid by October 15th of the same year, they will be considered delinquent and a late charge of 5% of the balance every month shall be added until the dues are fully paid. For more information regarding assessments, please download a copy of our Bylaws which can be found HERE.

Please write a check or money order for the amount due to Forest Lakes Association. In the memo line, please write the name and address
